What King of Wands means
Each of the four doubled courts says what an element is when nothing tempers it. Fire of fire is that claim made about this suit. Unmixed, fire is the thing that must be supplied in order to continue and that uses up whatever supplies it. Authority built on that runs on a standing intake of the new: fresh undertakings, fresh conviction, fresh people who find it convincing. What the pack sets down here is the entire arrangement, including the part usually left out of the account — where the intake comes from, and what it costs whoever is providing it.
Upright
A larger vision needs someone willing to take responsibility for its direction. Invite useful challenge and give others room to contribute to the work.
Reversed
A strong vision can become a demand that everyone follow your pace. Revisit the purpose, share ownership, and listen for what the plan is missing.
