What Ten of Pentacles means
At the Ten the thing that owns property stops being a person. A house, a firm, a name on a lease — the holder is an entity that outlasts any of its members, and once it exists, decisions get taken on its behalf by people who will not be there for the result: what to sell, what to keep intact, which of the next lot to train for it. Mercury in Virgo is the temper such an arrangement requires, because the whole of it is administration. The individuals are then occupants of roles built to have someone in them, and the arrangement is indifferent as to which of them it is. Its interests are real and they are nobody’s.
Upright
Consider what is being built beyond the immediate moment. Shared resources, practices, and commitments can become a foundation that others inherit.
Reversed
An inherited idea of success or belonging may need revision. Talk openly about expectations so that continuity can make room for the lives people actually want.
