What Knight of Pentacles means
Wind works on stone in amounts that no single day records. Air of earth names that relation exactly: an agent too light to matter set against a material too heavy to shift, with the effect living entirely in how many times it happens rather than in what happens. A court built on it has an awkward relation to its own evidence, because nothing available on a given afternoon resembles what is being produced. Such work cannot be judged by how it feels at the time; the instrument that reports honestly on it is an interval long enough to hold a great many afternoons. Valleys are cut this way.

Dependable effort can carry a meaningful task a long way. Keep the pace realistic and let the routine serve a purpose you can still name.
Reversed
A useful routine may have become inflexible or draining. Change one part of the method so consistency has room for rest and fresh information.
